This includes Teacher Negotiations, Arbitration, Grievances and Contract Negotiations.

We have approximately 300 members from all areas of New York State. Our membership includes Superintendents of Schools, Human Resource Administrators and Attorneys specializing in Education and Labor Relations Law, and Labor Relations Specialists

Members of MASLA are a network of professionals and experts with experience and knowledge in all aspects of negotiations and public sector labor relations.  Our annual summer conference is the premier conference on Public Sector Negotiations, Education Law and issues pertaining to School Management and Labor Relations.
